Deputy Director Wei of the Education Bureau of Haojiang District, Shantou City, Secretary Zhuang and Principal Chen of the sister schools (Haojiang Experimental School Affiliated to South China Normal University, Haojiang District, Shantou City and ShanTou DaHao Overseas Middle School of GuangDong) and more than 50 teachers and students from the schools visited the College on July 19 to interact with our students and teachers. Our school’s supervisor, Dr. Cheng Kam-chung, even took the time to attend this exchange event, which made the students very joyful.

The performances by the students from the three schools were very exciting, full of characteristics of Shantou and Hong Kong, and brought out the feelings of a family.

At the subsequent tea gathering, students enjoyed Hong Kong-style afternoon tea while chatting and exchanging WeChat messages. The atmosphere was harmonious, establishing friendship and promoting cultural exchanges between the two places.
