Hello everyone! I am the chairman of the first executive committee of the Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College Alumni Association, Chu Chun Yin. I am very honored to be the first chairman of the "Po Tong" Alumni Association. First of all, I would like to thank the executive committee members for electing me and giving me the opportunity to serve everyone. Secondly, I sincerely appreciate the trust and support from the principal and advisory teachers. I also thank the organizing committee for their efforts in creating the Po Leung Kuk Ho Yam Tong College Alumni Association. I graduated from Po Tong in 2010 and served as the house leader, captain of the football team, and assisted in organizing school events. I promise to devote myself to promoting the Alumni Association, uniting graduates from all years, assisting in the development of the school, and strengthening alumni connections. "Po Tong" has entered its 22nd year, and the Alumni Association will strengthen the connections between "Po Tongers" through various activities. I believe that all "Po Tongers" can reunite with their teachers and fellow students, and recall the colourful campus life of the past. Finally, I urge everyone to pay attention to the school website for updates. Most importantly, I hope that alumni can actively participate in the activities organized by the Alumni Association. I look forward to seeing you all at the next event! Last but not least, I welcome valuable opinions from all alumni to help us do better! | Second Alumni Manager Election | |

Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College Second Alumni Manager Election Regarding the Second Alumni Manager Election, as of the nomination deadline on December 14, 2024, we have received only one applicant, Mr. WU Pak Yin, for the position. According to Section 3.3.3 of the Regulation for Alumni Manager Election, "If there is only one candidate, the candidate will be automatically elected." Therefore, Mr. WU Pak Yin is automatically elected as the Second term Alumni Manager of the Incorporated Management Committee of Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College (IMC). The elected Alumni Manager will be nominated by the IMC and an application for registration will be submitted to the Permanent Secretary for Education of the Education Bureau. Upon approval of the registration, a notification will be issued. If there are no objections, the registration will be promptly processed, and the term is from 1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2027. Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College Alumni Association Results of the Elections of the Second Alumni Association Executive Committee The nomination period for the second Alumni Association Executive Committee was closed on 12th December, 2024. There are a total of six candidates for this year's election. According to the constitution of the Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College Alumni Association (refer to item 4.3.3.4 in Chapter 4), “If there are no more than seven nominations on the deadline for nominations, all shall be elected automatically.” The term is from 1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2027. The mutual selection process of the positions will be carried out in the executive committee meeting of the Alumni Association later. If any alumni have any objection to this election, they can appeal in writing with the reasons of the appeal to the consultant teachers of the Alumni Association preparatory committee from15th December to 21st December. If the consultant teachers receive any relevant voting complaints, a meeting will be held within two weeks to discuss the appeal. The first Alumni Three-on-Three Basketball Tournament To enhance the connection among alumni and allow them to showcase their skills, the first Alumni Three-on-Three Basketball Tournament was successfully held on October 27, 2024. The event was kicked off with a ceremonial opening by Principal Lo.

| First Alumni Association's Inaugural General Meeting cum Annual Dinner | |||||||||||||
|
The Alumni Association of Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College held it alma maters first inaugural members' meeting and annual dinner on January 13, 2024. This members' meeting and annual dinner is an important event of the alumni association, aimed at fostering the camaraderie among the alumni. Over 140 alumni attended the event, which included a visit to the alma mater, as well as activities such as lucky draws and games, allowing everyone to have an enjoyable evening filled with laughter. At the same time, the alumni had the opportunity to catch up with the teachers and exchange updates. Once again, we would like to thank all the alumni who participated in the inaugural members' meeting and annual dinner. Your participation and support made this event a memorable experience. The alumni association will continue to work hard to provide more meaningful and enriching activities for the alumni, promoting connections and mutual growth among the alumni.
