Publication of Our School’s "Black Soldier Fly Food Waste Recycling and Reuse Scheme" in the Journal of the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education

Our school's "Black Soldier Fly Food Waste Recycling and Reuse Scheme" has been published in the 60th anniversary journal of the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education. The programme integrates environmental protection and science education by using black soldier fly larvae to process food waste and promote the concept of a circular economy. By emphasizing the integration of practice and learning, the programme inspires students to explore innovative solutions for sustainable development. The related article is published on pages 18 to 22 in the journal, as the second among 10 instructional papers, showcasing the project's outcomes and educational significance.
