We held the First Term Health Education Week from 17th to 21st November, with the aim of encouraging students to adopt healthy lifestyles and promoting positive mental and spiritual well‑being through a variety of activities. The program featured highlights such as spectating the 15th National Games, Inter‑Class Competitions, a Rainbow Candle Workshop, a Sharing Session With Hong Kong Athlete Representatives, a Leather Craft Workshop, an Inter‑House Healthy Cooking Contest, the One Minute Challenge, a Crystal Tree Of Life Workshop, and Positivity Jam: A Musical Uplift. These activities not only featured the importance of regular exercise, but also provided diverse experiences to strengthen students’ stress‑management skills and support their overall mental health.
During the school assembly on 18th November, we invited Ms. Wong Yue Ching, Hong Kong Para Table Tennis representative, to share her personal experiences and inspiring life journey with students. Through her story of perseverance and determination, she encouraged them to stay resilient and pursue their dreams with courage.
